Privacy Policy

The short version: we collect an account email and the operational telemetry needed to run and bill the service. We don't run advertising trackers and we don't sell personal data.

1. Scope

This policy covers personal data processed when you use hyperliquidrpc.com, the console, and the data services. Market data we serve (trades, orders, wallet addresses on-chain) is public blockchain data, not personal data we collect from you; it is outside this policy.

2. What we collect

  • Account data: your email address, and a name and company if you provide them (for example through the trust center or contact forms).
  • Billing data: handled by our payment processor; card details never touch our systems. We keep invoices and subscription state.
  • Usage telemetry: operational metadata per API key: request counts, stream egress volume, error rates, and connection lifecycle, used for operations and metering. We do not retain the content of your queries, filters, or subscription patterns beyond what operating the service requires.
  • Support correspondence: emails you send us.

3. What we don't collect

No advertising trackers, no third-party ad cookies, no behavioral profiles, no sale or rental of personal data, to anyone, ever. The website works without accepting anything beyond what is technically necessary.

4. How we use it

To provide and secure the service, meter and bill usage, respond to support and document requests, send operational notices (incidents, maintenance, SLA credits, changes to legal terms), and improve reliability using aggregate telemetry. We send product announcements only if you opt in, and every such email has an unsubscribe link.

5. Retention

Account data lives for the life of the account plus the period needed for legal and accounting obligations. Usage telemetry is kept at per-request granularity only as long as operations and billing disputes require, then aggregated. Closed-account data is deleted on request, subject to those same obligations.

6. Sharing and subprocessors

We share personal data only with the subprocessors listed in the trust center (cloud hosting, transactional email, payments, status page), under contracts that bind them to this policy's standards, and with authorities where the law actually requires it. A data processing agreement is available via the trust center document request form.

7. Your rights

Email privacy@hyperliquidrpc.com to access, export, correct, or delete your personal data; we respond within 30 days. Depending on your jurisdiction you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

8. Changes and contact
