Acceptable Use Policy
v1.0 · effective 2026-06-01
What you may not do with the service. It is short because the rule is simple: build on the data, don't resell the pipe, don't break things.
1. Purpose
This policy is part of the Terms of Service and applies to all use of HyperliquidRPC streams, RPC, historical data, and datasets. It protects the service for every customer sharing the fleet.
2. Lawful use
Use the service only in compliance with the laws that apply to you, including sanctions, market-abuse, and data-protection rules in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for the legality of what you build; we provide data and infrastructure, not legal cover.
3. No resale of raw feeds
You may build and sell products on the data: trading systems, analytics, dashboards, research, models, alerts. You may not rebroadcast, resell, or redistribute the raw streams, RPC access, or bulk archive as a data service of their own: anything whose substantial value is passing our feed through. Aggregations, derived signals, and visualizations are yours; the tape itself is not a product you can re-list. If your use sits near the line, ask. Enterprise redistribution licenses exist.
4. No circumvention
- No evading rate limits, metering, or tier restrictions, whether by key rotation, multiple free accounts, header spoofing, or otherwise. Quotas are the product boundary.
- No sharing API keys outside your organization or embedding them where third parties can extract and use them.
- No accessing surfaces or data your tier does not include.
5. Service integrity
No probing, scanning, or testing the service or its infrastructure except through the responsible-disclosure process in the trust center; no denial-of-service, resource-exhaustion patterns, or interference with other customers' use; no introducing malware through any input. Reconnect loops with backoff are normal use; deliberate connection storms are not.
6. Enforcement
Enforcement is proportionate and starts with the smallest tool: throttling, then key suspension, then account termination for serious or repeated violations. We notify you at each step where doing so is lawful and does not enable further abuse, and we reverse actions promptly when an issue is resolved or was our error. Suspension under this policy is excluded from SLA credits.
7. Reports
To report abuse of the service, or to ask whether a planned use is acceptable before you build it: legal@hyperliquidrpc.com. Security vulnerabilities go to security@hyperliquidrpc.com.
